If there is a need for you to personally pay for your services, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and debit cards.

Our office feels that dental care is an important part of maintaining good overall health. To assist those without insurance we have our own In House Dental Discount Plan we have created to help our patients. Please call our office for more information on this plan, or click Discount Plan Brochure.
We are also in network with a new insurance/discount dental program. Please see the benefits of this plan by reading Preventive Plus and Humana One Loyalty Plus. Either of these are a great plan for those who do not have dental insurance. If you have any questions regarding Humana One, please call a local agent, Bryan Flemming at 763-688-1568.
